hey...don't know a great deal about Dark tankers but i would always recommend 5 slotting taunt and throwing a zinger set in there

Quick look at the build and I see, way to much end reducers in it. Dark Embrace, Murky Cloud and Obsidian I would drop 1 end reducer. The 2nd reducer doesn't give enough to be worth it imo. Give the extra slots to the attacks insead since you are using them frequently.

Death Shroud I "may" keep 2x ER, but slot 1xacc and 3xdmg (or 2xacc and 2xdmg)

Dark Regen I'd go, 2x Rechage reducers, 2x acc and 2x heal

Cloak of Fear, 1x end reducer, 2x acc and 3x fear

Soul Transfer... well having that one up when you die is ok, but question is if it's worth having 3x rechagers...

Generally I slot attacks on tanks (pre-IO) for 2xacc, 3xdmg and 1xend reducer. Some may swap 1 of the acc's for 1x recharger, but I like to hit my mobs =)

Havn't really played Dark Melee much, but I doubt 1 -to hit in the attacks would be much noticable... go for dmg!!

Try to fit in siphon life. Also dark regen does need end redux. Cloak of fear with it's low accuracy is completly optional, especially pre sets.

Made a quick build for dark dark, and this I think looks pretty good as "version 1". Don't mind the slot order too much, I just slotted in the end to see that I got all the slots I wanted in the powers... Pure SO slots since OP created the post with SOs.
