Eviscerate (Claws) and i12 (?) update of Stalkers
It became single target.

I didn't actually notice that, but since I haven't played this level 25 stalker (just hit 26) for like 7 months, it hasn't really affected me. :3
Why was it changed anyway? Did it receive a buff in damage to compensate?

Is that an answer to my first post or second post?

Eviscerate received a damage bonus when it was changed to single target.
And they lowered the damage on Focus as a knock on effect of the above change.
So, did Eviscerate's critical rate become the same as all other attacks when unhidden (10% base, with 3% per team member)? Because if so, then the description of the power basically needs to be changed.

I think it's 20% out of hide, and 100% in hide. Not entirely sure though.
"You spin and slash violently at the foe in front of you. This attack deals exceptional damage, and has a high chance of landing a critical hit even while not hidden."
So, with issue 12's (or whatever, I don't remember exact date) update of stalkers which gave them all better odds of using attacks while hidden, fear from Assassin attacks not killing their targets, and 10% critical rate to all attacks out of stealth with additional % for people in team, how does this affect Eviscerate, which presumably had a "high chance of landing a critical hit"?
I checked its info ingame to find "0.00%% chance for 79.26 lethal damage on target". Damage obviously depends on level and enhancements, but I'm thinking this is the left over thing from prior to the update? If so, would that be why it's now "0.00%%", which means Eviscerate now follows all other attacks of 10% base critical rate while unhidden?
