How did the team get on after you left?

I know I'm curious and would like to see this, but tbh, it sounds a bit tricky.
Well sometimes I wonder what people think of me after I left the team. Most of the time that happens when I feel guilty for leaving the team(after only one mission or in the middle of a mission).
But I never thought that a team wouldn't be able to handle something without my help 
Anyway, it sounds indeed very tricky to do as teams and team leaders change fast, how would you search for those teams?

Looks very tricky to me and while it seems interesting at first glance. Once the novelty wears of, I doubt it would be a feature that people would really use.
A bit like the kiosk feature. Anybody noticed that it is not working anymore?

Why dont you just send a tell to someone still on the team?
I would like something similar tho, team statistics. What toon has dealt most damage during the mish, and most healing. There are already systems in the game to track theese things, for the badges, so should not be a major problem to add a information screen (like a section of combat attributes) listing statistics.
Other things to list might be total xp, inf, prestige, drops.
Huh, might make a separate suggestion of that so not to hijack this thread.
I've often wondered how much of an impact I've made to a team and sometimes I've left and thought to myself "they are really going to struggle without me".
Vanity - misplaced sense of self importance, possibly but it would be nice to know.
I suggest that there be an extension to the CoH website so that you can log in and see the stats for the teams that you were on.
Nothing too comprehensive just the team make up, missions run, time for the missions, mobs arrested, number of deaths, team wipes etc. As well as the missions that you ran - the mission preceding and mission after you left.
As I said it would be nice to know!
