ive just seen its very late im abit sleepy and have forgot to slot health and stamina was gonna do them last but forgot

9 luck of the gambler? lol. there's a 5 bonus cap.
tactics *and* focused accuracy?
Using all those toggles you have a end drain of 1.65 end/s with a recovery of only 2.13 end/s. You gonna be able to use 2-3 attacks then be out of end.
Your defenses are not at the defense cap of 45% either. There's more to a build that 10% regen bonuses and 9% Accuracy.
I'm not even sure where to begin to correct that build :|

Let's see. Currently you're wasting:
1.12% +HP bonus, * 5
10% regen bonus, * 5
9% acc bonus, * 7
That's 17 wasted bonuses so you might just as well use generic / cheaper IOs in the place of those sets...

I have tryed and i couldn't even beat the first one let alone the mega second one thanks again folks just need to start saving now got some put by 2wards it
Damn that saving part..could take ages...to have a really good "looking" build now you would have to know Wentworths, farm like mad or play a concept long passed its sell by date. I have a claws/sr and would prolly have no need for fight pool unless I pvped perhaps. You can do 45% def to all without it anyways.

what is frankenslotting please? ive got about 630,000,000mil dont really want to use all of it just want to show one of my first toons some love it should get.Money comes as fast as it goes from taskforce random rolls the odd farm salvage ect so i can always get more
was also thinking about the aid self in the build i should of said really i dont pvp very much only been there for nukes and stuff is that what thats there for or because of what can be slotted to it?ive been looking at the cambat attributes more while fighting with veng and forte it was well high id like to hit a pve build with softcap but i also love elude and thats gone in both builds can you soft cap def while keeping elude?
Ive give it another go not used any sets more than 5 times but i did run out of slots at about lvl 32 but think this is getting better ?

Your attacks are heavily underslotted, plus Follow Up needs acc, rchg AND the Chance for build up, not the Gaussian's set. Getting your mez protection at lvl 18 is a mistake imho, but main thing is that you have overslotted powers who don't need that many slots and left your attacks underslotted, an even level boss fight might take you 15 min, more if the boss is Freakshow.-
Dunno, but you still have a ton of slots available to allocate under lvl 32 that you have not used

Yes, of course you can but there is no point in having elude with a soft capped build. Soft cap is basically "perma elude".
And as for the build, like someone pointed before you have some funny slotting in there. Vital powers underslotted while less useful powers are heavily slotted.

Not quite at defense cap there. I moved some slots around, dropped fighting pool cause i don't like it. Lowered your endurance consumption a little. Raised Accuracy and regen, raised max hp.
(I went with Energy Torrent simple cause i think it's an awesome combo with Shockwave, if you don't want it, i'd take medecine pool instead for aid self.)
I also took Elude for those rare occasions where defense cap just doesn't quite cut it. Like nemesis with 4-5 vengeance on, or the devouring eart quartz crystal buffs etc.
This i just how i would do it, it's made to suit me and my style, but might give you an idea.

I've been monitoring this thread to see what advice on SR I could glean for my /SR scrapper and there have been some impressive, but insanely expensive, builds offered.
I must say I like Neko's version, it's streamlined and reasonably affordable and still effective; without heaping in the Fighting pool (yuck!), HOs and purple sets.
Woah so much Acc XD and with all that multitarget dam + kb/kd I dare say them Nems/DE won't last long enough for you to think of elude.

Hey all just thought id come back with some feedback and to let you all know that i really appreciate the work and tought you all put into builds for me,I went with Sapphic_Neko's in the end so the biggest thanks to you its turned an average scrapper that was my first 50 into a fantastic fun toon again,I just slotted the last numina last night so build is 100% done think it come in around 900mill mark but in my eyes well worth it for such a fun toon maybe could of been done cheaper but im not really good at bidding then waiting lol but once again thank you all for your efforts on this one think you all know i couldn't of put a build together myself lol so many thanks to all of you
