I currently can't connect to the patcher.
However if you make a shortcut direct to the CityOfHeroes.exe and add '-project eucoh' to the end, you can bypass the patcher and go straight to the game.

I have the same problem. Can go on test server, but regular updater is not working. (Going to try to bypass it now)
edit: Adding '-project eucoh' works. Tnx

I cant make it work. Wont recognise the program. Does it make a difference on Vista?

sounds like you added it inside the " quotes - it has to go outside them. Check the link further up the thread.
And yes it works in vista
