It seems every time I update the game I get the error
Updater - Error
failed to rename <GAMEDIR>/tempfile to <GAMEDIR>/piigs/randomfile
If I keep running the updater it does eventually update, failing on different files, then downloading them again next time I run the updater until its all done.
What is wrong?

I know I'm not the only one, but what is with the lag at times?
Doing a bank mission can be really painful, and causes no end of grief during intense moments.
I'm sure PlayNC are aware of the issue but what is being done about it? -
If I cast my leadership buffs, Manoeuvres , Assault and Tactics, the tooltip for the buff when active shows the correct percentages offered.
However when I zone in/out a mission, those statistics are blank, and the "Info" page shows standard un-enhanced figures.
When I zone am I still getting the bonus I should be getting from the enhancements slotted into these skills or should I retoggle them each time.

I currently can't connect to the patcher.
However if you make a shortcut direct to the CityOfHeroes.exe and add '-project eucoh' to the end, you can bypass the patcher and go straight to the game.
