Would it not let you into both instances, or just the second instance?
If it was just the second instance, it may be because the first instance was no longer full.
If it was both instances, I hope you filed a /bug report.

I got there in time but it didn't help. I just kept crashing to desktop.

I was a bit surprised tonight when folk said that the Rikti Raid had filled the zone. It came up with a 2nd instance but then wouldn't let people in.
I thought it would then come up with a third instance and so on.
Zhaan, Chakyra, Fiorina 161, Aeryn, Polly Nation, Dee Pression, Shazanne, Night Jester and too many more to mention.
