Replacing Enhancements - Statistics
Sounds like a minor bug; in most cases (acc, dam, heal, etc...) a new enh increasing a power's value for some attribute is a good thing.
I suspect general purpose code's mistakenly regarding a slotting change giving 30s recharge --> 40s recharge as a good thing too.
The statistics consider big numbers good and small numbers bad, which is actually the reverse of how Recharge works. So, yes, it's a bug.
When replacing a recharge enhancement with any other type, it comes up with text in green, rather than red. Is this right? It seems that making the recharge time go back to normal is a bad thing. I thought red indicated bad and green indicated good. Is my assumption wrong, too?
