I haven't looked at the whole build but I would swap one Heal in Transfusion for a Recharge Reduction. The third heal is only giving you about 18% benefit whereas adding the second recharge will give you a 40% ish benefit.

Are you overslotted for Acc? Remember Rad does huge -defense so you might be better off slotting a recharge instead in Xray &amp; Electron Haze to get them recharge more quickly and letting the debuffs take up the slack : Irradiate does massive -def so let them debuff them down and then blast them. This would give you a better attack chain, which is one of the issues I had with Rad Blast on a Defender in his teens / early 20s, especially solo.

The other starting blast is like a machine gun too, in terms of filling in an attack chain it might be better than XRay eyes (but doesn't look as cool, which is also important), but you'll be spamming it (and Kin is a fairly busy set too).

Wish I'd gone Rad/Kin on a corrupter instead of Dark/Kin

Two acc's in Transfusion, Transference, Fulcrum and the Siphons is enough, the other stuff you can get by with 1 accuracy. You could respec Stamina out once you get transference as all your end issues will go away once you have it.
