This is just a general query regarding my account, i logged on today to see my 2nd account on my friends list as having one of my charecters on, name up but greyed out as if they had been on recently.

I thought this might just be a bug so i checked SG for last time logged on, it said it was Today, and i know for sure i havent used her for at least two days. I have reset the SG window and it still says today.

As a precaution I changed my passworda, but out of curiosity, have i been hacked or is it just a bug?

I doubt it. Many times, I've had Global friends show as being online when they haven't been.

I don't know whether that has an effect on the SG lists, but I would suspect so.

Still regular password changes are only common sense, so probably better to err on the side of caution any way.

Ok thank you for the reply, it was just very shocking to log on and it says i was online today and i knew i wasnt.

Can never be too careful nowadays

What I've noticed is that if you log out while you're part of a team the game will show you on the global list although your level isn't shown so you can tell who's online and who isn't. if you quit the team before you log out then you definitely appear offline.

Havingsaid that, last weekend Stasis was showing on my global list as being logged in all weekend but I know she wasn't because I asked her!

If you click the arrow to expand the global list you will see that they aren't on any server. It's a display bug while logging out when teamed as Miss_Chief said.

Generally, if you've been 'hacked' you won't be able to change your password, because they will have. So, OP, it's likely you haven't been.
