Fire Chief badge

Anyone had any problems with the fire chief badge? Thought I'd ask here before raising a bug report or pestering a GM just in case it's a silly thing like the game not knowing it needs more fires put out than it thinks...

The badge progress bar is full and nothing happens when hovering the mouse over the bar but the badge hasn't been awarded. Bit of a pain after putting 100 fires out and putting down 100 of the pesky hellions that keep lighting them

I've had a problem with that badge on all of my toons.. it's a known issue as the game isn't counting fires/hellions correctly. It does eventually award if you keep putting the fires out.. I think it was another 5 or 6 fires later after my bar was full that it suddenly awarded.

Hmm thanks Kallandra. I did think it might be something like that but it actually stopped adding to the fire count before the bar was full so I thought that was all done and completed the bar with hellions. I'll try a few more fires later, bed is a higher priority at the moment.

You can probably tell I'm not much of a badge collector, just started a push for badges on Calamity this week - for a change of scenery

Basically the game keeps filling the bar after you've killed the necessary amount of Hellions as you keep killing more - the bar can't tell the difference between putting out fires or Hellion defeats. You see a full bar, but actually you're missing some fires.
Apparently the hover-over text vanishes when the bar fills up.

Still working on the fires, bit of a pain not knowing how many are needed. Probably quite a few. Still, the building blowing up helps with the debt badges as well.
