Don't think there's any Freak-specific arcs in the 45-50 bracket. Individual missions involving level 50 Freaks can be received from the TV and Viridian, off the top of my head.
Aye, the TV is probably your best bet, but it does have the Sonic Freaks which can be a pain

Hi, i wanted to know if there is any Freakshow Contact on CoV( Level 50 missions) ?
I miss doing freakshow missions, and the newspaper will not give me any Freakshow Missions, no matter how many times i zone to reset the paper.
So anyone know a Contact that gives Freakshow missions?
49 level 50's(CoH/V), cant be arsed to list em all :P
