Stone/ss tank build needed
What do you want to do with it?
PvP or PvE?
A leveling build or a respec build?
What's the price range? (SOs, normal IOs, set IOs, purples)
did I miss any of the standardized questions?

I want it to be PvE and perma granite ofc, and I want him to be good wont slot him with purples but I need a medium build :P
How much is "medium"? I mean, I dont think about builds as "ordinary", "medium", "excellent" or "hardcore". I just get them to work as good as I can without purples which actually only sets a price roof of about 600 million.

Maybe SOs?
I'm assuming that he'll have someone to SB him if he wants to go Perma-Granite, so didn't take a movement power, Speedboost for the win.

thanks alooooot
If you decide you want a movement power, drop Ice Blast, move 2 of the slots to Ice Storm and take Super Speed with two slots somewhere around level 14.
Also, the build is heavily team-oriented, so you're best when surrounded by a lot of people.

Also, if you want a real (vertical) movement power, drop the Fighting pool, as it's basically there to get you to weave to get that 41% defense on pure SOs. If you want to use set IOs to make an "undefeatable pve granite" build, Fighting is really just dead weight most of the time.

I believe this build would do quite nicely if you want to get IOs.

I would personaly remove assault and manauvers and take the SL and nrg armors instead. This way (if you go perma granite) you can still tank quite alot pre-32's (as the majority is either SL or nrg based, with a odd on fire/ice). Also you can solo with those few armors very nice at high lvl.
Seeing alot of lotg's there, pricy build (my granite was build in the time lotgs were only 20mil max, so i get a cheap one there but doing i believe 57% rech bonus atm).

This raises an important point. The build you would use for leveling up a character like this would be very different from your final build. You really need 3 builds, one for 1-32, one for 33-49, and one at level 50.
I really should do something about this signature.
Well, he did request a perma-granite build. I thought that meant he was only going to use granite and never exemp under lvl 32. But then again I've never had any plans for a stone tank myself because stone armours are ugly and granite covers your whole costume... And it comes with debuffs too
