I imagined when i created it 6 months ago when i bought the game it a toon that could could overcome impossible odds by pure force of will.
After 6 months, having gained knowledge on how stuff works i finally made a build that had 3 key components Regen, Hp and Defence.
Was quite pleased when i saw that i could finally achieve my goal as i think covers the 3 aspects quite nicely.
However as much as i like this build i still want comments if theres some room to improve.

Well, solid build imo, if it works well then go for it. Tho personal preference, I prefer Self Aid on my Willpower Scrapper rather than Though/Weave Combo, in the end I recon it's personal choise.

Since you seem to go for IO bonus sets, I mebbe would swap out th Numinas from Fast Healing or Health for some other healing set just to get extra bonuses, since afaik... 2 of the same set bonuses doesn't stack.

SoW at 49 makes me believe that this is the "high lvl" build, and really don't see a problem takin' it at that lvl... however, I've not found Web Granade much useful, my personal choise there is Focused Accuracy... (mebbe u found a use of Web Granade I've not done )

Another thought would "maybe", is to swap out Weave and Web Granade for Aid Other/Stimulant and Self Aid, extra survivability in the long run imo swapping out around 5-6% def all across the board for a self heal. Of course the lack of "soft control" from Spine may be rougher to fire off the Self Aid.

Not experienced with Spine, but 1 thought came up... isn't Quills slotted a little "poorly"? Having a PBAoE toggle on that is running all the time, wouldn't one want the most outta it? 73.56% dmg, ok but I always like to squeeze the most outta the toggles, considering that willpower doesn't have any damaging auras on it's own such as Fire, Dark.

Thank you a couple of things:

5 of each set bonus stack
Couldnt find any more slots available for quills but slotting it mfor max damage doesnt net you much
Yeah i was thinking of FA but the end use would be too much for me even though the 6th set bonus on Gaussians would be dreamy.

i really like the rise to the challenge slotting in your build Dsorrow but 10% less defence in all positions and 57% less regen is wierd when thats what i wanted. Recharge was not a priority either also 3 slotting effiacy adaptor for 1,5% more recovery seems like a waste to me.

That build has given me some ideas though thanks.

EDITops a wee bit to much of schnaps will look at your build again with sober eyes

If you wanted, you could slot Build Up a bit differently to get 2% damage out of it. Not much but every bit adds up and you'd get more ToHit out of it.

Thanks that will work great, also noticed that i´m actually 4 hitpoints from the cap but i´think i can manage.

Easily. Sacrificing set bonuses to get those 4 HP wouldnt be worth it. You'd get no reasonable increase in regen (or survival for that matter) so keeping to your current build looks like a better idea.

also removed the miracle since spending 50 million on a io when i have taht amount of recovery and +end is maybe a bit wasteful just to decide if i´m going to get more accuracy from indom will or an extra few points of regen by slotting health with another healing io
