It probably wore out. They last a VERY short amount of real time when you log in, and the duration is based on how long you've been logged out at the appropriate location.
Yes, we all know it's silly.
So if I want that power I MUST keep logging out in the same place? If so, that's truly silly, as I can't move to other locations for more day jobs badges.

No, you get the power, but it expires after a few minutes. If you play that character for more than a few minutes every day it will never build up to anything useful wherever you log out (but you will get a badge).
Most of those powers are only useful for characters who are logged off for several consecutive days.
I really should do something about this signature.
As one of the badges for this accolade is patroller you will always gain time for this when logged off.
However other accolates will require you to log off in the location of one of the 2 badge locations.
You know, I never really looked into the accolade powers until I read this thread. However, I'm not sure you're right about the 'logging off wherever works for the 'Patroller', so the base tp will always charge', Diggis - according to Badge-Hunter, "While logged out near a Super Group Base portal you will earn time towards your Base Teleporter power."

It's working this morning. Maybe you can't start earning time/charges on your accolade power until you log on to earn the badge then spend more time logged off.

Regarding the Base Teleporter... are you a 24 month Veteran? As I've checked as soon as I got on one of my characters with that badge, and they have the Base Teleporter, but the Vet Reward.
Ok, already earned "Rapid Response Member" accolade, which grants a Base Teleport power... but I haven't been able to find it in my powers list... have I done anything wrong? or shall I keep logging out in the same place for more time?
