Ice/Ice/Cold Build: Thoughts?

So I was just experementing and come up with this Ice/Ice/Cold build...or as I like to call it...I3...so thoughts? Where have the power choices gone wrong? And YES I have took Stamina at level 49 because I felt I wouldn't need it, but feel free to disagree.

I will Enhancement it once it's slightly improved, as tbh myself I feel I could move some powers around the levels.

I'd advice to reroll ice/MM. That's what I did with my ice/ice but if you're dead set to go with /ice...

First off, ice/ice eats through end like a hungry american through burgers. Get stamina at 20. If you feel like you dont want stamina until 49 dont bother taking health at 14.

Also no ice bolt? Blasphemer! It's a crucial part of your ranged attack chain.

I'd also advice taking leaping (CJ and acro) or flight (hover) to avoid both melee damage and knockback. I'd also skip chilling embrace.

Anyways, my ice/ice had this build at 50.

Nice build Dsorrow, would go with this build with a difference of travel power. I would use fly, put a knckbck Res in hover and then not need to use a power slot on Acrobatics. Yea the knckbck Res isn't as good as Acrobatics but does a pretty good job to see you through as you lvl.

The Ice primary burns endurance very fast. I'd say Stamina is well worth taking.

Well that was the build I used on my ice/ice at 50. I only took acrobatics because there wasnt another power I'd want and -KB IOs cost so much.

For IOs I'd just stick crushing impact into ice sword and thunderstrike in ranged attacks.

My initial thought on seeing this thread was, of course, this... yo VIP, let's kick it. (clicky)

You can get 3pts of KB protection at a reasonable price if you collect 4x Kinetic Crash, which might work well with a couple of your chosen powers - that frees up the Acrobatics slot for something else, and on an END-hungry build you really don't want all that many toggles running if you can avoid it.

I'd also go for a couple of the specials from the ToHit IO pools if you can squeeze them in.

It's hugely entertaining in Blizzard on my Ice/Cold Def. If that's not your cup of iced tea, swap any one power for Air Superiority or Jump Kick - both excellent "ARGH! get away!" powers that will stop one enemy hitting you long enough for you to flee.
