However, it turned out that Smith was not a time-travelling Terminator
can be done if every enemy is scaled as a lvl 1, then you have a hell of a party (and i can get a costume piese within going all the way to lvl 50 )
Did it once when clearing an arc on my Def - Very satisfying one shotting Dr Vahz.

I enjoyed taking my lv36 Scrapper through Outbreak. I created her and forgot to complete the tutorial as I played the tanker version instead.
I got through the Contaminated in record time

Hm? I thought the only way to get xp there was through completing the tutorial misisons, and you have to leave before you can train up to level 2.
Seeing as it's level 36 would guess it was a level bump on the Test server
Would be fun to one-shot AVs for a day, but would get very old very quick (even over 24 hours).

I hate it when I launch a really powerful attack, and Im level 50, and launching it at a level 10 or something....
and it still misses.. Lol
Any chance we can make it so that our powers always hit if we are like 40 levels above the mobs?
I mean.... obviously another attack would kill them in one hit... it is just kinda embarrassing.

Well Carni it's because people espicially new people who have never encourted AVs and think they are tough will beat them and wonder, "I wonder what they would be like if they were actually real non-gimped AVs..." 
Maybe you won't enjoy it, but other people will. At the end of the day I can imagine lots of people liking it so it's probably not that pointless.

This is one of those 'wouldn't it be nice if for once...' suggestions. I know it'll never happen, but it's nice to dream.
How about, for one day only, all AV's and GM's conned grey to everyone. So that for one day us regular heroes and villains can feel like the gods we want to be.
And before everyone jumps on this, yes thee would be no xp or badges awarded. It would be fun, but fair.
Imagine the sense of satisfaction after months/years of beating them the hard way, you finally get the chance to KO Statesman with Brawl.
