Endurance Modification Sets

I seem to recall when the Endurance Modification sets were introduced they were bugged in that they only enhanced drain values, not gains/recovery buffs - I wouldn't imagine such a glitch would persist this long so I'm guessing I just didn't get the memo or something but does anyone know how this currently stands?

They work just fine on my scrapper, effiacy adaptor in qr and performance shifter in stamina.

Cool, thanks - figured it might become pertinent as I level up my elec/elec brute.

The only thing to remember is that the chance of +endurance proc gives the endurance to the target so isn't best suited for endurance drain attacks but is quite handy for things like speed boost or stamina amongst others.

I'm not quite that flush with cash, so I'm pretty much just looking at the regular set IOs for now anyway. Oh, and the disorient procs, just because they were going super cheap! Should be quite nice in Lightning Field and Jacobs Ladder (and Thunder Strike, except I'm pretty sure that doesn't take End Mod sets)

Thunder Strike doesn't take End Mods but it does take PBAoE, Knockback and Stun and there are some juicy procs and sets there, especially if you use Thunder Strike as a 'finisher' (i.e. you don't mind scattering the mob with the sometimes tremendous knockback)

Isn't the disorientate PROC just a 2% chance of firing off or something? I remember looking at it myself for some attacks and then just laughing at it.

I've no idea what they were thinking (or smoking) when they came up with it.

I think they just forgot to type a zero, and have never gotten round to fixing it.

I really should do something about this signature.

I thought that too, but a 20% chance of stun in something that can go into lots of AOE sets would be overpowered.

Personally I think it WAS 20% and someone realised what it did for Electric blasters & Kins and they "quick-fixed" it by dividing the effect by 10 myself and walked away.

Of course what do I know? I'm not a teacher...

You may be right. It doesn't make much difference now anyway, whatever the reason, the prob is to low for that proc to be worth slottting.

I'm pretty sure the end mod set stun proc has a 10% chance for mag 2 - the fear and disorient set stun procs are the ones with a crazy 2% chance. And then there is the taunt set stun proc which I seem to recall reading is just outright bugged and doesn't do anything. We shall see anyway - I've only just picked up lightning field so it'll be a couple more levels before the proc finds its way into her build, so I'll find out one way or another then.

EDIT: I'd also note that the Brute version of Thunder strike causes knockdown rather than knockback, making it an excellent haven for procs - I have the explosive strike chance for smashing damage in there currently (again with the cheap procs )

I have the disorient proc slotted into Short Circuit - it doesn't always fire, granted, but it helps with the other effects within Elec/Elec blasting. The probability I thought was 10%.

It's also dirt cheap.

I slot that in Lightning Field. Cheap power
