Hmm... If it works like MM pets and if I understand how MM pets slotting works, it only affects Ssingularity itself.
Chance for +recharge used to be buggy. It should only affect the pet, but it was also affecting the caster when the summoned the pet.
It also used to affect the behavior of some pets, causing them to charge into melee. I don't know if this has been fixed.
But yes, if it is working properly, it should have a change to boost sing's recharge every time it uses Lift.
I really should do something about this signature.

As Singularity takes knockback sets I am interested in how exactly singularity would be affected by some of the more interesting ones. Like the chance for +recharge from Force Feedback.
If it would affect Singularity as well as the charter that would be very nice, with is why I suspect that it only affects the charter. However the big question them becomes how often is it triggered?
In the same line, how would the smashing damage production IO affect Singularity?
