I'd love to give this another go, I got to 46k words a couple of years ago but my lack of planning (I only decided to do it at about 5pm on November 1st) failed me as the month went on. This year I know I've not got enough time to get anywhere so I'm staying out of it.
Maybe next year...
Im not sure how everyone did on but certainly grats to Morgana who hit the fifty thousand.
Also thanks to bluedarky for starting the post and therefore getting me interested. Ive absolutely loved it.
The downside being Ive now got loads of reading to catch up on.

Same, I hit about 20k, then in one week my life turned upside down, the next time I had chance to write anything was last Saturday.
Honestly, you guys. This is making me feel lazy. I just went to bed and slept.
I deliberately avoided having any buddies from NZ because they would get a head start. See what difference that made.
Still, theres this afternoon when Ive done my chores, been out and got home again.
Coin, added, cause I want more buddies who put me to shame.
