There are.
You probably haven't realised that knockdown is simply knockback with a magnatude less than one.
Knockdown powers will do knockback when enhanced. There are a few powers, such as Ice Slick, that can't be slotted since it would be inapropiate for them to do knockback.
I really should do something about this signature.

I wasn't quite sure where to put this considering the so many Knockdown powers around, over some of the AT's.
My question is why aren't there any Enhancements and Set IO's for Knockdown...? Is it something that has already been thought about and considered not to have any...?
