Procs'????
A "proc" is an IO that has a percentage chance to "produce" an effect. So, for example:
Touch of Death: Chance for negative damage is a 15% chance for 71.8 damage. When it does the extra damage it will have "proc'd"

Guys, whats all this talk of Procs? Never heard the term until recently, trying to get my lvl 43 Fort into a massive killing machine in PvP, but all I keep hearing is Proc this, and Proc that? Help would be appreciated, from a ill informed 33month Vet NOOB
