HamiOs - Do values drop as you gain levels?

Same as title. Just wondering if these work the same way as Training, DO and SOs. For example, I buy a lv20 one, slot it in; jump to level 50.

There are no L20 HO's

And yes, they are affected by level.

If you are looking at the Special Enhancements part of Wentworths/black market you'll also see some YOs (from Yin in Faultline). These give the bonuses of SO but are available earier (13 IIRC), but again they act like TO, DOs and SOs and loose values as you level.
