Not getting what I paid for

HI,

I decided to buy the full version of the game and after being rather annoyed I could only get my months free after paying for another month I still went and made my payment via paypal.

However whilst I know longer have a message saying im on a trial account. I can't use the chat channels such as global, I can't get any xp past level 14.

Whats up,? as you can guess im rather irate. You don't pay for something and don't get anything in return. That is called stealing.

Wondering if there's anyway around this? If not ncsoft can expect me to demand a refund.

File a petition or bug report. Youre bugged it seems...

And I have heard the same one once before here. This is not good. How many of the gamers that we never hear from on the forum also have this when they try to upgrade from trial?

You need to contact Support about this, you can do it from the NCSoft homepage I think.

It sucks that its still happening though, this is the third or fourth one of these I've seen in the last few weeks. Pathetic really.

Thanks instead of starting a new topic just thought id throw up one minor question. Any one know where my jet pack and teleport exclusive powers apparently coming with the combine edition can be found?

Should be in youre power set.. if you click on powers above the tray.

Drag it to the tray... If not... check if the right serial is entered on youre account.
