good news and bad news....good news is I made an original powerset, bad news is I tried to refrain from making a mastermind powerset, Oh well

Ok, down to the point, agents, a mastermind powerset that focuses on Psi powers and Smashing melee, I have mainly based this on Crey agents and they seem villainous enough to make a team of evil agents. I have tried to put the powerset into as much detail as i can so you will know the statistics, playstyle, theme and powers of these agents, Enjoy!

[u]HENCHMEN AND THIER POWERS[u]

Field Agent (tier 1 pets)
Normal - Brawl, Psionic dart
Equip - Boxing, Mental blast
Upgrade - Kick, Telekinetic blast

Infiltrator (3rd pet in tier 1)
Normal - Brawl, Scramble thaughts
Equip - Mind Probe, Subdual
Upgrade - Telekinetic thrust, Will Domination

Special Agents (tier 2 pets) (Stalker Bonuses)
Normal - Storm kick, Psychic Scream, Mind Link
Equip - Crane Kick, Psionic Tornado, Placate
Upgrade - Eagles Claw, Psychic Shockwave, mask presence (hide)

Man in Black (tier 3 pet)
Normal - Punch, Levitate
Equip - Haymaker, Mesmerise
Upgrade - Knockout Blow, Mass hypnosis, Dominate

Field Agents - black suit
Special Agents - Black Tuxedo (wedding version)
Man in Black - Black Trenchcoat and Slacks
Infiltrator - Black Suit with Rolled sleeves

Equip
Field agents - Earpiece, Fingerless gloves
Special Agents - Earpiece, Slick Shades
Man in Black - Earpiece, government shades
Infiltrator - Earpiece, Sleek Gloves

Upgrade
Field Agents - Bigger earpiece, Tie
Special agents - Bigger earpiece, 'Stealth' Belt
Man in Black - Bigger earpiece, tactical Belt (enforcers)
infiltrator - Bigger earpiece, headband hair

[u]ENTER/EXIT ANIMATIONS[u]
the player summons henchmen with the Police radio emote, but whith no hologram

Enter
Field agents and infiltrator - Run in then 'at ease' position
Special Agents - Appear from sky then 'at ease' position
Man in Black - Uses a parachute to glide in then 'at ease' position

Exit
all agents will salute then run in the opposite direction dissapearing

[u]UPGRADE ANIMATIONS[u]
Equip - Throws a srynge dart into the agents neck
Upgrade - Throws a serum to the agent and the agent uses it

[u]PLAYER POWERS[u]
first attack - Mental blast
second attack - Telekinetic Blast
third attack - Psychic Scream

[u]POWERSET UNIQUE POWER[u]
Psyche Sacrifice - Grants 'Pyschic wail' power (weakened) and kills agent after use.

[u]AGENT RESISTANCES[u]
All Agents have resistance to Psi, hold, Confuse, Sleep, Immobilise, AoE and Stun

[u]AGENT SPEECH[u]
Aggresive - prepared for Combat
Defensive - Guarding 'player name'
Passive - refraining from attack
Wait - holding position
Go there - approaching Co-ordinates
Attack my target - Eliminating 'target name'
Dismiss - retuning to HQ

I know mastermind powersets take long, but if there willing to do another one, then theres one right here

Sorry to rain on your parade as it were, but thugs and mercenaries are (to my mind at least) very similar to the concept of agents.

What we really need is a power set based on golden monkies.

The golden monkies should be tier three. Tier one should be brass monkies. Whenever they are hit by a cold attack they use a ballbering attack (works like Ice Slick).

Interesting concept. I like the idea of having mib's running around wrecking havoc wherever they go. Fits in the corporate corporation bad guy theme. I am less sure about your choice of using psionic abilities, wondering if that isnt a bit to powerfull compared to the other mm's. Based on the creys i would expect more things like weird guns and powersuits but thats me.

Btw for their exit scene. Somehow I imagine them all holding out a flashing thingie that gives one flash after which they suddenly have disapeared. "You havent seen us". Seems so much more appropriate.

I just thaught Psionic wasnt as strong as other powers because lots of bad guys have big psionic resistances, so i was thinking that would even it out. as for wierd guns, i think thats covered by mercs and bots.

I like your exit idea tho
