Lag/Rubberbanding
I'd run a process monitor and see if anything has activity spikes at about 30 second intervals. No clue otherwise.

i used to have system mechanic monitoring the system and i used to have similar problems, i took it off and it helped a lot
Hmm I don't see why I would have anything running in the background, I formatted not that long ago and I am pretty good with knowing what I do and don't need. I will have a look anyway when I get back home. Thanks for the suggestions guys.
You configured your router to open the ports for CoX?

[/ QUOTE ]Yeah, I have. Not that it mattered, since there is no issue on my g/f's laptop when running on the same network.
Here's an image of the netgraph

That looks more like the sync bug than anything else, to me... although i could be wrong.
have you tried typing /sync? in a mission / zone or after you've changed areas?
I have the same problem and i have tried the /sync command it does not work, this problem started a few weeks ago.
My system specs are:
AMD Phenom(tm) 9850 Quad-Core Processor 2,50 GHz
4,00 GB Ram
Nvidia Gforce 9800 GTX
I have tried /sync to no avail.
Hai guys.
I'm having an issue wherein I get serious lag every 30 seconds. It appears on my netgraph as a solid red bar amongst otherwise flat green. It occurs literally at 30 second intervals.
I know it is not my ISP, my router or my wireless card because I have changed all of these and tried on a different computer using the same network, which was fine.
Can anyone give me any ideas? It is a Core 2 Duo E6400 with a nvidia 7600GT and I think 2 GB RAM (don't see how any of these can effect it but thought I'd best mention).
I'd really appreciate any help with this issue as it makes the game almost unplayable, which means wasting my subscription money.
