can't login after dc'd

Hi Guys,

I've got a toon who lost connection to map server, so he crashed (so far no real issue, errors do happen).
But the real problem I'm facing atm is I can't relogon with this toon, becuase the logon screen keeps telling me I have to wait for the toon to log out. I've been waiting for 15 mins, how long do I have to wait before my toon gets released?

PS : on the same account I can relogon with other toons, but the one I'm playing atm is locked!

Any1 has experience with this bug?

Sounds like the original toon may be stuck; if it hasn't become available by (say) 10am it's probably best to raise a petition (via one of the toons that's still working) for it.

Be sure to make the name and server of the stuck toon clear in the petition!

I have the same problem, the toon in question has been "logging out" for over an hour now. Did yours lose the mapsever fury?

yes me and my husband have the same problem we did lose connection to map server this morning still can't log the toons in.
we have sent a petition but as of yet not herd anything i think they mat have to reset servers if there is a lot of ppl having this problem.

I have a petition in too. It's so good not to feel alone. ( tech support, they don't write they don't call....).

hehehe yeah i know playing on a lowbie toon at mo don't wanna change toons incase they happen to try and contact me my hubby just tried again and it's still doing it

Approx 4 hours now since my petition went in, has anyone had any response? I haven't even got a "this is a known problem" yet. ( Tell a lie just got an acknowledgement hi Charles )

no change since the first petition.

I got kicked on another toon (2 hours ago) by a GM to fix my problem, but it's still locked down.

Only thing to do is hope they get it fixed asap I guess.

The CS team are aware of the issue you've encountered and they've been investigating.

Anyone else affected should be sure to contact the CS team so that they have as much information available as possible.
