Just make sure there are no patrols on the map and that you are in melee with the sapper, the stun wand does negligible damage and he will only use it and his sap

Rikti Mentalists are pretty mean too, and they don't seem to do too much damage. Or was is mermerists?
Anyway, if you can do an ae thing so they can't get close and just snare them, they tend to spam mezz.

Can anyone recommend any mobs that will constantly keep chaining mezzes on a player that count towards the badges, but would be unable to kill an AFK even-conning Brute or Crab Spider?
