I assume heals are worked out at the % of the casters HP, so in every Res power I add 3 Titanium and 3 of that other IO that gives +hp I should hit 57%Res mod and gain 3% Max Hp per power...Definatley want the Freedom Phalanx Reserve, does anyone know what lvl 50 standard HP is for a troller and what the cap is ?

The %heal bonus' work of your base HP. Any HP bonus' you might have is for personal survival only.
