Even after six months off I would have thought you would have had enough of regen by now

I think you could prob get a bit more regen by jiggering with the slotting for health and fast healing. Might be worth looking into as the only damage mitagation in this build is "kill it with fire"

Oh and the color scheme makes my eyes hurt....

I was a bit hesitant myself but so far it's going really well. Much better than I had expected.

I only had 1 single target primary attack on my BS/DA until level 26 (unless you count parry). If you have the two powers from the vet rewards, it doesn't make it too bad. Plus in a good team you pick your targets and make the single target attacks count.

Otherwise I'd be able to offer some advice on Regen as I have 2 fully IO'd regen scrappers

I have three level 50 Regens so I'm not too worried about that part, tbh :P

That would require effort, the amount of effort that my laptop could not take at the moment when running both CoX and explorer at the same time

This build is weird and overall lacking.I mean you dont maximize regen potential,some of the slotting is weird because you could yield some nice bonuses but you go for common IO's. You throw in some unique like Numina but totally pass on adding regen tissue unique which is after all a Regen scrapper bread and butter IO.

Pass on opportunity to weild +hp and +recovery too.Could do better.

PS: Hasten at 35 is a no no.For a set that relies on damage mitigation via clickeys i would expect to see hasten at least at level 6 or 10.

PS 2: Missing a slot in scorch?

PS 3: Focused accuracy slotting is overkill imho when you could have gone for 3 HO's or 3 To hit/end IO's and save 3 slots to better slot the rest of the powers and yield some nice bonuses.

If I were to construct a Fire/Regen build of similar cost to yours this is probably what I'd do...

I've managed to get some nice +heal, +HP, +acc and +rech in this build. Also hasten is fit in the build earlier. With accolades you're looking at a constant +41% HP buff. A proc in each attack (except FSC :/) should help you with the "kill it with fire" way of defense.

Although this build could suck, I dont know it's early in the morning so I wont guarantee anything
