You'll get more procs in TD, but a good number of those will be outside combat or right at the end where it only affects that last power. Fewer procs in Aim, but you are very likely to put it to good use when it does proc.
I'd personally put it in Aim unless you want to slot the entire set in TD

Yeh thats what i thought. Its my only high blaster so I want to do some casual pvp with it. I am gonna do the whole set in TD. Never know it could give me a boost here and there.
