Bugged safegaurd mission and Useless support

This confuses me... Since you get the raptor pack from Atlas safeguard and Zero-G pack from Kings row safeguard. And steel is a team teleport.
If you did the Kings Row safeguard at lvl 5, then you were out of range for the reward, as that is the 10-15 safeguard mission.
Perhaps you meant to say you did the Atlas safeguard mission from the Kings Row detective?
And as for them contacting you ingame, there's no information to be gained from that as I see it in this case, so there's really no point of doing it when email conversation is much more effective for them.

The atlas safeguard (the one u get in Kings) give the raptor pack from lvl 6 to lvl 10. At lvl 5 you will not be rewarded the temp power.
The jump pack comes from the safeguard mission that is acceptable from Steel Canyon.
At lvl 10 you have a 50/50 chance of being offered the safegaurd mission for the level 6 -10 range or the safeguard mission from the lvl 10 - 15 range.
Also don't forget if you want a GM to get in touch then use /petition if you want to report a bug use /bug if you want both use both.

ok i may have posted a little confused sory if i mislead anyone
when i say Kr i do mean the atlas safe gaurd mish as i always do that one for raptor pack as a low level travel power then i generaly dont bother with the other ones unless im in a team doing them
at the time i was mighty peed off hehe
point is they still insist i was level 14 when i did the mission and i didnt get any sort of travel power as a reward

I am getting peed off with the support team here , its not that i need the raptor pack its the principle that they do the job they are paid for and not, as per usual palm they players off with half a***d excuses.No gm has contacted me in game when the bug happened ( thats no suprise i havent seen one in about 2 years )even thought i stayed on for over an hour after the mission
I post here in hope that a Mod sees this and can sort them out
