I really should do something about this signature.
There are already ongoing discussions about this change in the patch notes thread and elsewhere. I don't think we need a new thread, it's just fragmenting the discussion more than it already is.
The EM nurf. Reason IMO PvP spike Dmg. Dev solution Nurf TF mag, er does this actually change anything in PvP and increase timings for ET, not enough to effect it rankings as No 1 single target dmg set though. My solution change the Dmg done by ET to a % of total dmg done so when built up , redded up and IO slotted up it's still gonna hurt ya to use as the power seems to have been designed to do.
