Righty then, I have a claws/regen scrapper but decided to make a different type of claws scrapper for a friends SG, and given Im still fairly new I decided that asking you folks for your input would've been the best idea.

Now i have a few issues here, I really wanted to slot hasten in there somewhere but really arent sure where to be honest with you people, also I feel the slotting isnt as good as it could be.
So if anyone could give me pointers or show me a better build of the same style (SO's), I'd be greatly appreciative, thank you

Can't check it properly at work, just some things came up:

1.- You NEED Evasion for PvE as soon as available. Lvls 30-35 are awful on a SR without AoE defence and Lucky can't fully cope until Evasion. Lucky should be taken as soon as available too.

2.- Why do you need Hasten on a Claws/SR? Your attacks have the fastest recharge ingame plus quickness should suffice, specially with 3xrchg on Practiced Brawler. If it is to have Elude up as much as possible, I think there are better ways for damage mitigation than Elude, I think Hasten is not justified just to have Elude up more often unless you want to slot a whole lot of +recharge bonus sets and try have perma-elude.-

3.- I'd slot health with 3xHeal.-

4.- I take from your build you are not going to slot Sets, hence the Defense strikes a bit low. You have good damage mitigation with Shockwave, which could be enough, but I'd personally skip Recall Friend, Conserve Power and Focused Accuracy (Focused Accuracy is an overkill for PvE, 2xacc IO on each attack should suffice) and go Medicine Pool.

Evasion asap (I put quickness late). End slotting CJ is pointless. 2 defs in CJ is better than a 3rd Def in each passive (Thats using 1 extra slot instead of 3). 2 Health IOs or 3 Health SOs in health max, I am not sure I cared on mine. I doubt you'd need to end slot conserve unless your careless. 2 end slot Foc Acc. AoEs hit minions and 1 acc is fine, you may rather spin more over time or range shockwave for a better cone. Med pool is great paricularly for claws.

Up your recharge in Followup, you want it stacked as much as possible.

You have focussed acc, and 2 acc in each attack..... I'd drop an acc and take another recharge in well all of them but specifically focus, you want to spam this on STs. Spin you also want to use often to get some more recharge in there

Had some time free so messed about with the build, included medicine in place of epic power pool. Follow up is slotted 2xrecharge, 1xaccuracy. Spin can replace Shockwave if you want it earlier.

cool , claws/SR , we talk about my main toon ! ^^

on the enhancement part I just say that i wanted to use the set spec at the maximum . So , i have put
* 3 defense debuff and 1 rech. reduction into SLASH (the only claws set debuff i think...)
* 3 to hit buff 2 rech. reduction into FOLLOW UP .
* on FOCUS &amp; SHOCKWAVE i'll put some knockback &amp; range increase ...
So what to say ... when SLASH &amp; FOLLOW UP are applied i'm the king of the knock back !! ^^

... and i take the dark ancillary pool for RP reason, and of course for the to hit debuff and the bonus knockback (torrent) ... So, in PvE it was a success (I have the Eva end endurance problem, of course lol) , I have to test my toon at PvP now, but I know he probably not will be a good solo PvP toon ^^ ; so ... I prefer play in team ...

In addition, you dont need the endred in PB and the 3rd recred can also be left out. Also, FA is great (even in PvE), but it is end hungry.

As Shannon mentioned take evasion ASAP, you can leave the passives till later. And while you can get to 50 without aid self (medicine pool), it can be frustrating (I know, Flitz doesn't have it).
