Well, I TRIED to do it a week ago.
Hmm, we started the TF at 9pm and it went up to midnight (I think). So yeah, 3 hours to do all the missions upto the last one.
I didn't manage to get the last mission done because a guy in my team UnSK'ed himself and therefore made the mobs in the mission lv49. The rest of the team were 37 so we all just gave up sadly.
I'd say around 3-4 hours depending on how well your team plays. Maybe more if they're slobs =p
Edit: 2 1/2 hours!? Wow, and my team were ploughing through it quickly - not quick enough I guess.
On a decent team, slowest i've done is 1hr 52 (all scrapper team)
Fastest 1:32.
It's not a very long task force, and it's co-op, 35+, and excellent fun.
All the more reason to work for that costume piece reward 
ive doen it in a 1:56 before, and likewise ive been there for a 3:30+ with no hope of finishing.

Quickest 2:02, Longest 2:16, in 3 successful attempts with 3 different ATs (Scrapper/Tanker/Fender).
Quickest way to complete it is an 8 man team, with at least 4 lvl 50 alts. You don't need a dedicated healer, but certainly speeds the whole process up!

I have to echo this - it's probably my fave TF in the game now.
I've done the ITF at least once per weekend since I12 - sometimes with non-optimal teams (my fire/fire brute played main tank on one - that's how non-optimal we were!) and once with a team of 6 instead of the full 8 - and it has almost always taken between 1hr 45mins to 2hrs to complete - that's without rushing or taking shortcuts. True, one attempt did drag on to around 2hrs 15mins iirc, but that's still shorter than my quickest LGTF was (2hrs 30mins without shortcuts).
As Valkryst, I've done it several times, about 3 times in Union and 6-7 times in Defiant, longest run took us almost 6 hours, but half of the team had gone or was afk in front of Romulus and his Nictuses xDDD.... usually it has taken me around 2:20 as 2nd longest and 1:42 as shortest.
