Energy Manipulator: Chance to Stun

I reckon it'd check for a proc every 10 seconds and try to stun you, if you have no protection. At least, that's the logical assumption.

This one is set to "not affect players". So it will do nothing if slotted slotted in Stamina.
I really should do something about this signature.
Oddly though it used to stun my kin and others that were in transfusion radius.

Used to. It was changed to not affect players in order to stop that happening.

What happens if I slot this in the stamina pool? My gut instinct tells me not very much but sometimes things work strangely in this game so...
