Expanding Pocket D

I go to Pocket D alot, but there are literally 3 areas of intrest, but what if we had some other areas there for social talk and RP.

A hot tub for example, having a spa there would be cool for socialisation and relaxing for RP.

Casino and Pool(snooker) room, having an area similar to the golden giza for both heroes and villains to use

Training Room, a small room where there are dummies for using attack powers on, like the one in the Vanguard so we can use attack powers in the zone

Expanding an all ready under used zone seems like a waste of dev time to me, aside from RPlayers the zone is not used unless its for an event, short cut or to stock up on insps

Theres a hot tub/spa in Faultline will that do?

Have to agree with ^. Most of the time I only go there to transport through zones, and I will only come to Pocket D for parties rarely, oh and the Themed Events.

Of course Pocket D would be a good place for some coop missions other then those of an event. They even got some portals to use.

[/ QUOTE ]While I'd like to see expansion like the OP I would also have to agree with this.

The ski lodge is already enough expansion for now unless they find some spare time to piece together some counterpart which can be open for the counterpart summer holidays like a nice beachfront.

and that's the exact reason why they should expend/improve it, so it isn't under-used.

It would have to be expanded with game-play features rather than RP features though, or it would just stay as under-used as it is now. Then you have to think is it fair to drag most of the non-RPing playerbase into Pocket D as a game-play area, when it's one of the few zones RPers can use without tons of non-RPers stomping through the middle of them? It, and PDP before it, really did start out as areas mainly for RPers.

I can't say it bothers me either way if Pocket D is underused or not, as long as some people are happy with it. Whatever, it probably sees more players using it every day than Boomtown does - that's much higher priority for a revamp.

Pocket D the deadest nightclub in all interdimensional space. Sorry DJ Zero nuff respect for the set up an all but it's like being in a Rave when all the people breaking the local consumtion laws (like buying drink post 2am )suddenly dissapreared. Maybe thats what happened someone let loose a PPD teleport bot inside.
