CoH not Working

Over what timeframe are we talking? If it's just started now, and you've been able to get on previously, then it's possible that the servers are down for maintenance this morning.
If you have never been able to get into the game, please let us know what the error message says and when it appears, and we may be able to help.

Okies, let's break this down.
You've had an account for the last 2 months, and have not EVER been able to log in? You have never had a character in CoX?
And AoC has started doing the same thing?
Can you let us know the spec of your PC? This is most likely to be a driver issue, but let's eliminate other options, first.

Does anyone know why i can't get into COH eveytime i try to log in keeps saying that a problem has caused the game to stop working, unistalled and re- installed many many times but yet it's not working can anyone help?!!!!

Please contact the support team about your problem (link is in my signature). They should be able to help you identify the cause of the problem.
Ok my fault bad explaining i've had the game since March bulit lvl 20 Char's then in May the Game would'nt allow me to play it would say at the 'loading' it's says(i'm looking at it right now)
'A problem caused the program to stop working correctly Windows will close the program'
it can't be the Cpu because i've been playing fine since March and even before that when i had the trial mode
my specs are
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual core processor 6000+ 3.01 GHZ
is this any good?!!!

So this coincided with the release of issue 12, May 20th to be precise? If so, the solution is likely the same one that has affected a fair number of people, your water detail settings have been set to high by the update. Click the Safe Mode checkbox on the launcher, that will set all video options to minimum and should allow you to get in to the game. Then increase them one by one, making sure you leave the Water setting to Disabled.
