Help needed! - trying to build a Night Widow..

I am in exactly the same boat as you are! I've been looking around for absolutely weeks for a good reliable Night Widow build or at least some kind of hint towards one, but no one seems to know its so annoying.
At the moment I'm 22 and I really need to make my mind up for 24 when I go Night Widow.
I could post my build so far, but I dont know how useful it'd be as its likely to change at 24...
Can anyone help??
Yeah.. Would be nice if someone with a night widow at 50 (or at higher levels anyway) could post their build here for us widow newbies

The whole point of Veats seems to be that they can fill a number of roles, its up to you to decide what you actually want to do with yours.
I know that the whole point of the game is creativity and all that, and i do like to go through off the top of my head. But I dont like wasting my time putting in slots in the worst places possible in powers i've never had before. I'm just the kind of person that likes to be a little prepared for whats to come rather than wing it 100% all of the time.
Hope that came out right...
Well my problem is mostly I cant fit in all the powers I think are needed for a widow 
Basically what I'm after is a skeleton build I can adjust to my playstyle.

Me? I never actually even played claws past lvl 12... And the widow secondary (secondaries?) are quite different from any set I have played.

If you're worried about underperforming at any stage, using that as a framework, you should dispel those worries now. Looks pretty solid

Only when mindlink is up which btw dosn't except Recharge IO's so Set IO's with Recharge do nothing.
You can hit the def soft cap without it .. just not with fly
Think you seriously need to rethink that build.
The keys powers to get Defence from are
CT Defence
TT manuevers
Mask Presence
Foresight
If you take CJ and throw in some set bonus you can hit the soft cap easy which means you don't need Elude.
Mindlink then is just gravy.

Wrong chelsea, Mindlink IS effected by the recharge from set IOs, I have it perma on my Night Widow quite easily, with a few Def/Recharge IOs and even use the Recharge IO from adjusted targeting.
Set bonus recharge works but as the power itself does not except Recharge IO's it would stand to reason IO's likes def/recharge would not work.
Mids agrees with me as IO's like def/recharge do not alter the recharge on ML in the slightest.

Same as DB, 3 Def/Rech IOs, have mind link down from 5 mins, to 2m58s.
Kudos to disagreeing after someone *blindly states* that they have done what you adamantly *guessed* didn't work though
All that says is you CAN slot Def/Recharge in ML (which you can) NOT that it actualy does anything.
I've search both forums and found no evidence to support the theory that it does so theres no hard figures.
But if someone has some hard facts i'll gladly throw my arms in the air and say i'm wrong.

So as the title says, I rolled a Night Widow earlier today and when I tried to sort out a build for her I came to a dead end. I dont have a clear idea of what a night widow is supposed to do in a team so wasn't sure of any power picks...
I'd be very pleased if someone could make a build for my Night Widow. Power pools I want in are fitness (stamina), flight (concept, hover + fly preferably) and speed (for hasten but this is not a must have).
