Gosh I though OotCS had disbanded so little of you have I seen since I returned from my sojourn, sadly I was never a proper member, and am now firmly ensconced in my own SG but I look forward to seeing you all around.
The call of life outside the online world (or indeed other online pursuits) has quietened the swords.
I'm pretty much a weekend warrior nowadays, and even then the chances of being able to do more than a couple of missions are pretty remote.

Aye it be sad but its true a good amount of the swords haven't been on much lately mostly due to rl, same of which goes for me since its my final year of uni so it will be a month at least till i can get back into the game full time, but i do have some awesome events planned like robot rampage round 2 
What requirements do u need to join the swords sg?

Sorry for cross posting this but not everyone reads the new players section so i've put it here too.
This has been a long time coming but I've been somewhat busy for the past few months to actually get things organized for this, anyway the Order of the Cruciform Swords (crucified swords on villains) is now opening its doors to new recruits.
Where a pretty old hero and villain group thats into both PvE and PvP with which we can help people get better in the latter and although our numbers are a bit low at the moment we do have some quality people in our group that are great fun to do missions with or can just hang out with in general.
we are also coalitioned with some top quality super groups so there will always be people to team up with. Despite the groups lack of activity recently we have a fairly decent hero and villain base both of which have teleporters to all the zones for the respective sides, as well as in base crafting and storage areas for your IO needs.
There are indeed very good future prospects with our sg with chances of promotions once certain criteria s have been met as well as plans to get our bases back up to light hearted base raiding status once we get back our numbers, since base raiding is always a good laugh and a great way of getting into pvp if your interested.
