Dark/dark build with mu mastery

Very similar to my current build, although I'm just about to hit 32 so I can't really comment above that. Overall looks fine to me.
Some things I've found, which may or may not work out for you;
I've dropped Hover for Air Superiority, I found I wasn't using hover at all. Whilst I don't aim to be in melee, Air Sup is a nice mitigating attack. I wouldn't choose to 3 slot flight either. I just use it between missions and I'm OK with the slower speed.
I've built my character based on team support, to benefit from the cones and larger spawn sizes. So I did have twilight grasp slotted 2 Acc, 2 Heal and 2 Recharge. I'd rather a heal/debuff was available more often than a larger heal less often. I'm now looking at a 2 Harmonised Healing, 2 Doctored Wounds (Heal/Recharge and End/Heal/Recharge on both), and 2 Common IO Acc slotting.
I've just dropped Moonbeam to pick up Gloom. I found even with the -acc debuffs it was getting interupted mid fight. That and I was shooting corpses far too often. I tend to pull with darkest night more. Two cones and two single targets combined with patch/grasp/stare is enough to keep me busy. I wouldn't choose to have 3 single target attacks.
I took Assault and Tactics at 28 and 30, howling twilight was 26 and pet gaze is my 35 pick. I found, and still feel, that dark was lacking in damage, and the leadership pool also fitted with the team support concept.
How do you feel about Blackstar? I'm going to pick it up but I've heard mixed opinions about it.

To be honest, blackstar is there because I didn't know what else to pick. I find the end crash after it very annoying, but since I duo with my MM I can deal with it easier. If I would be soloing I'd pick something else. It's all in all not very impressive imo. The animation barely gives you the idea this is your nuke and the damage is equally underwelming.
Blackstar is pants. And it's incomprehensible how so, because on paper it should be on par with other nukes, bar inferno, but damage is severly dissappointing for real- even though it's the little resisted neg.nrg dam. (I remember a mate from a while ago who had a bind attached to his nuke saying something like: "I used blackstar and killed one, get all the survivors!" )
Provides you with a big end crash, all your toggles drop and makes you inactive for a while.

And you'll have done 5x as many combos in the time it takes the -rec to wear off.

Hmmm,
I wouldn't go for 4xdmg IO's on either gloom and Dark Blast, 3 of them in each should suffice (ED) or 4xdmgres on electric armor, again 3 should suffice.
I'd also slot Fearsome Stare for ToHitDebuff instead of Fear, plus I'd remove the Heals on your Dark Servant and either make them holds or recharges in your Howling Twilight which I'd take as soon as available.
Agreed with what was said about Air Superiority being more useful than hover for dmg mitigation.
I found Moonbeam can be used reliably soloing even at melee distance, however gets constantly interrupted when on teams though, so prolly your choice depending on how often you solo or team, if you want to use it just for pulling, then I guess 1xacc on base slot should do the trick.
Toy Doll is a concept character originaly based on vahzilok's Eidolons. So I started out with the dark/dark. The mu mastery comes from finding eldritch runes and soul shards seemingly originated from mu mystics so later on she's going to need Scirocco's help.
