Spines/Willpower - possible without Stamina?
I'd recommend getting Stamina AND Quick Recovery just because having that much passive recovery just sounds insanely sexy. Also because that way you can just slot more damage/other useful stuff into your attacks.
Health + Fast Healing (+ Rise to the Challenge lololol.) is nifty too, another reason to go Fitness. Improve on your strengths.
That's my advice anyway.
I got mine at lvl 36 and looking forward Stamina, with the right sets you can skip it, but I think it is better to have stamina so endurance is not an issue anymore and concentrate in sets looking for other things than +recovery.-
Agreed. With QR and Stamina you turn into a perpetuum mobile (plus, you get two chances to slot the Performance Shifter +Stamina IO).

If it has eyes, you can blind it, if it has blood, you can make it bleed, if it has a mouth, you can make it scream.
So I've got my spines/willpower scrapper to lvl 30 and he's great fun to play. On a team with a rad, empath or kinetic he utterly rocks but when soloing he's got endurance issues. I haven't taken stamina but I do have quick recovery two-slotted and endurance-reduction enhancements in all the attacks (one each) as they're the most end hungy.
Unfortunately it's still not working when solo so I've got two choices here:
Either respec him and put stamina in
Or
Carry on fiddling about with the slotting (maybe an additional end redux in the really hungry attacks or some of the toggles as well).
Has anyone managed to make this work or got any advice?
