Yup. Just slot one or two accuracy IOs and two or three recharge IOs and you will be fine. Personally, I use two each on my kinetics as a third recharge would net less than a second as soon as I get speed-crazy.

Once you start stacking the siphon speeds then a thirs recharge is rather pointless as it can be up for pretty much every other mob with ease as really with a full FS each mob wouldn't take long!

I've got a lvl 28 ilusion/kin controller, and I've seen I won't be able to get Fulcrum until lvl 38, so it's a long way ahead, but I was wondering if there's any kind of IO set available for this power, or what other kinetic players are using on it? recharge, accuracy? Any suggestion so I can start buying recipes from Wentworth?
