-Single Target heaven, amazing for Bosses, AVs, PvP etc
-Two holds in the Primary, one in the secondary if you take it (although it is easier to stack holds with Ice/En than Ice/Ice, due to Powerboost)
-Blizzard is ranged with a variety of debuffs, and can be cast from around corners
-Lack of snipe
-Lack of heavy AoE damage
-Endurance heavy
Energy
-Can slot Force Feedback: Chance for Recharge in ALL attacks
-KBs useful for soloing if controlled
-Has a snipe
-KBs come with all attacks, so can't choose when you want them and when you don't: gets very annoying in teams.
Personally, I'd say Ice as I've always much prefered it in every way 
I'd have to agree Ice would be my choice too, both from the point of view of a Blaster (I have a 50 Ice Blaster) and a Tanker, Controller, Scrapper or Defender. The knockback in Energy is fine if you do a lot of soloing, but less so in teams.
My Radiation debuffers are sick and tired of seeing the anchors KB'ed into new groups, so I aggro the map!

also ice has a very cool sound. what secondary are you thinking of? ice/em is an inceradably popular choice
Well my thought was EM or IM as sec maybe EM is most tempting but im not sure.. Yeah ive just teamed with an energy blaster today on my scrapper and no offence but they pisses me off with that knockback stuff it looks cool but...
Well i was also think on Achery or Rifle. I dont see alot of them around rather non actually :P
I love my Archery blaster. Once I got rain of arrows I couldn't stop giggling at the fact that I could 'mini-nuke' every other group and also the fact that I don't need stamina either!

Hey im atm playing a scrapper very fun and was considering to make an alt toon and i thought i would try something different from the scrapper so i choosed Blaster since its ranged but ive had a fire/fire blaster on my brothers acc so i dont wanna go over the fire part again so i thought Energy or Ice would be kinda cool but i have a tough time deciding.
So i thought you guys in here could come up with some pro's and Cons for both so id have and easier time deciding
