beacons, duh?

right, time to show im still an uninformed n00b:

gathered salvage to make a teleporter? check

made teleporter? check

placed teleporter in base? check

in SG mode, got beacon for a zone? check

attach beacon to teleporter?

have i even found a beacon item in edit base?

do i have a clue?


can anyone help?

to get a becon for a teleporter, you need to be in Super group mode AND not have any of they explore badge for that zone you want the beacon for so say you want the king row to teleport to you need to go around and collet all 5 Exploration Badges for that zone and then you should get a super group beacon badge. one you get that go into base and them make a teleport room places your telepoter in then and once that done go back into edit more and go to the teleport room and at the bottom you should see a tab saying teleport in there be riad teleport and all your beacon you gotten, select the right kind of becaon to go with you telepoter Arcane for Arcane , tech for tech hope that help

Dosent matter if you got the badges or not, it just makes it easier to see the "badge earned" text come up if you aint already got them.

You do need to be in SG mode though when you get the exploration badges in the zone you want the beacon for.

Hmmm thats odd, it worked the last time i did them, for the RWZ but that was a while ago, maybe its changed.

i got all the badges in RWZ the other week all 14 or how ever amount there is but i didnt get a beaconfor the base is this normal for RWZ or was i ment to get one ? anyone help me ?

Did ya get the last one beneath the shields on the mothership? That's the last one I need, but not spotted a raid there for a while.

londoner was correct btw, as long as ur in SG mode, if u already have the badge you can still get the beacon for the SG, its just harder to know whether u have it or not

Smeester is correct, the last badge needed to get the RWZ beacon is located under the shields of the mothership and can only be accessed after the shields fall during a mothership raid. Probably the best time to get this is weekends, I believe there are fairly regular attempts on a Friday evening.

You could try running through the others again just to be sure, and if that doesn't work petition it.

[/ QUOTE ]I believe the War zone is still listed as Crash Site to some but it leads to the same place.

Or, as said, run all the other spots again in SG mode so you know.
