And if not, given the lack of buffing secondaries, wouldn't it be worth thinking about?
Its a self buff only and won't help out any pets you have out at the time.
Fiery Embrace only buffs yourself. It's an excellent power and i'd strongly advice to take it asap!

Not everyone has Perma-Dom, nor can have\afford it at early levels. FE is Level 16; a stage in the game where damage bonus between Dominations is welcome and probably through to the 30s. Certainly going to take it on my Deviant Plants/Thorns.

The dmg cap for dominators is +350%. So...
* 100% from enhances (well, 95% for ED)
* 80% from domination.
* 80 from FE
U still are in +260% bonus, u still can get another build up (from a proc) and a red to cap ur dmg... U will become capped if u are in permadomination, u have 2 BU procs, and both proc at the same time, as well as FE and domination... A really good scenario btw 
Seriously, my main objetive is to stay as close as I can from cap dmg, all the time...

FYI, damage cap for Doms is 400%, so you will need 300% worth of +dmg buffs (100% is your base damage).
Enhancers giving 95% prior to ED plus Domination(75%) plus FE(85%) will bring you as far as 355%.
That's only 45% away from the cap, achievable with by popping 2 small reds or getting a Forge from a Corruptor (Forge is 40% damage boost so you will still lack 5% from the cap)

Hmm, yeah, although i cant remember where i readed the +350% dmg cap for Doms, it seems like it is 400%, i have been lookin for sources: clicky
What Im almost sure is that the dmg buff from domination is +80%, and also the same with FE...

but according to the games new stat thingy, doms damage cap is 300% (am happily wrong only going by what it says in game no where else) i love fiery embrace.
fiery embrace + domination + hasten is wonderful.

totally, how do you get FIERY embrace on a PLANT char?
Well on a plant/ char it's very well possible, just need to be /fire, not /thorns

What I meant when I started this thread is:
You slot pets for +dmg, so they have 200% dmg, if you put domination, and fiery embrace up giving ~+160% damage, that'd make damage for your powers slotted for it up to 360%, DOES THAT INCLUDE PET DAMAGE THOUGH?! AHAHA!!! HA! HA!!
What I meant, is if I toggle dom/FE then while they're running summon my pets, do they benefit from the +dmg for their life span? I'm geussing a big fat no, but can't hurt to ask.

PS: in fact, the description says it is Self +Damage.
Seeing as it provides a +damage enhancement, does it affect the damage of pets spawned while it's up? Technically it would effect it like any other power, as would domination, to my mind unless the devs have changed it so it doesn't. Anything on this?
