perma gang war
From what I can see of Gang War:
600 Seconds recharge, 120 Seconds duration.
At the recharge cap (500% Recharge) you'd be looking at 600/5 = 120 seconds downtime.
So it'd *just about* be perma with 500% Recharge (Say, 100% Base, 100% from Enhancements, 70% from Hasten and the remaining 230% from a combination of set bonuses and LOTS of allied speedboosts...?)

Scratch that. Just had a look and it seems to be far more trouble than its worth. Guess I'll try something else interesting with an IO'd MM instead.

Could you not try 6x Rech Procs in the KB pistol attack? How close would that get you?
Can u put the same IO many times in the same power?? I dont think so (no at least with set IOs).
Also it is a proc, It would be pure random... Despite of the good/bad to have an attack in a MM is...
PS: Ive heard this IO is bugged, actually some ppl says it is autohit. I can assure it isnt autohit in PvP, not sure in PvE.
Nope. No multi-slotting of identical procs. But a MM should have access to some powers where the LotG +Recharge IO is an option. So, while perma gang war might put a bit too much strain on your build you can get the downtime short enough to have a lot of fun with it anyway.
