it is a bug and should still slot ok i remeber rumors of these poping up very very rarely on transfers rfom the us to here but never actuly seen or heard one on people i know myself
as for value and use i think tho not sure but it should do the usel bonus of an SO so like the OP said not incredibly specaculr apart from the fact its a lvl 497

Hello unionites, I'm here to offer a one time deal of something completely unique to my knowledge. To help fund my toons IO sets I'll be selling a lvl497 natural endurance reduction SO, it has absolutely no use or value other than the fact that it is unique. It is not a fake, hack, mod, script or any other rubbish people have for some reason accused me of, it seems to have been a bug as it appeared on my peacebringer when i transferred from liberty on the US servers I'll happily show it to people interested to prove it's real. The auction will be on Saturday the 15th in atlas park on union. Hope to see you there.
