Drop Resist Elements and Resist Energies(which don't worth) and take Aid other and Aid Self (3xheal,2xrech,1xinterrupt) instead those, which from my PoV will give you a better survivability.
Slot your Dull Pain with 3xrech redux and 3xheal. Learn to use it when your health is on orange-red as a self heal also.
Also if you look and in Mids you'll see 3xdef for Tough Hide means 5.94 vs 5.61 with 2xdef. Unless you have in mind sets, go with just 2 slots.
Following the same idea 3xtohit in Focussed Acc means 31.7, 2xtohit=29.9, so stick with 2 slots.
And 1xend redux in your toggles is really enough for invul. with 2x end you'll save up 0.11/sec for all 3 toggles with 50 IOs in them, at higher lvls won't matter with Conserve Power.
As for MA I played that set to only 32, I can't help you there.
I'd say keep the Passives - with my planned build I have over 30% res to Fire, Cold and Neg damage (only 20 to Energy though). It's a matter of play style, though, Aid Self may very well help you more than the passives so if you want, try it out on Test.
The rest of Shinro's post I agree with and as I also have very limited experience with Ma, I won't comment.
If you do take the passives, that 3rd res slot doesn't do much - I'd stick in an Impervium: psi resist, Aegis: psi & mez reist and/or Steadfast: res & 3% def.

Ok, as a player who has played both /invuln and MA/ to 50 on scrappers I'd like to share some of my experience here.
1: /invuln pwns. Gratz for choosing it It is actually one of the most challenging secondaries to play effectively (at least I found that, having /SR, /regen and /invuln at 50)
2: MA: you only actually need 5 powers from this. Storm/thunder/crane kick, eagles claw and focus chi. Crippling axe kick isnt that good, animation is way long for the semi-low damage. Dragon's tail... Well, I dont like it.
You could the the stun from MA if you feel you need it.
3: Invuln: The only powers I'd skip in this set are REN and REL. I do have REN on my katana/invuln at the moment but it's just for a unique and lvl 49 power. This set performs great if you play it right. You'll benefit loads from a stealth IO in sprint / combat jumping or something else like that. When you're stealthed you can just hop into the mob, get the +def from invincibility before alpha. That's cool.
I'll post you an SO and an IO build I'd use a bit later when I've done them.

And then the IO build. You may notice that with that kind of rech you have perma dull pain. This build also covers up the psi-hole of invuln (31% psi res ), you get a nice amount recovery and regen.
