If ya gonna get an opinion any time soon it'll probably be from someone at work who can't play but can post. After all its I11 and new sets are out. I ofc would stop playing to discuss taunt control and would love the new taunt sets on my kheldians.

From what i can see you are going to find that extremely hard to level at low levels without a team. This is best left to a lvl 30 or so respec in my opinion.

looks..... expensive As a long term target I'd say go for it and good luck.

Personally, on my Ice tank I'm eyeing up the Perfect Zinger Psi damage proc, the Impeded Swiftness Smash damage proc and the Triumphant Insult Stun proc for some extra slots in Chilling Embrace. Ok, its not going to turn it into a second icicles but on Ice/Ice I'll take any damage I can

Yeah, true. You want an invention to single slot in Barrage, you could go for a damage proc.

Otherwise a Common IO Taunt duration.
